Aerie Farm is located in the Keopu Mauka area, approximately two miles north of Holualoa at an elevation of 2,200 feet on Mount Hualalai, one of the world's truly beautiful places! Our coffee is single origin, estate grown, shade grown, pesticide free, hand picked and wet processed in the traditional ferment-and-wash method, then dried to perfection under the Big Island sun!
